Privacy notice
This notice explains how AdvancePulse Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you use advancepulse.digital and contact us about mobile backend consulting. It is framed with reference to Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法, PDPA) even though this site is published in English.

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this site. No cookies are set for measurement purposes.
Purposes and legal bases
We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform pre-contract steps for paid consulting services. Consent preference is stored to honor your choice about non-essential local storage described on the cookie notice.
Under the PDPA, we rely on your consent when you submit the form and on our legitimate need to communicate about services you request.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four (24) months after our last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for tax, dispute, or contractual reasons. Consent strings remain in your browser until you clear site data or change your choice via browser settings.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Inquiry content may be accessed by staff and contractors who need it to respond. Infrastructure providers that host our domain may process technical logs; we configure services to minimize personal data in logs.
Your rights
Subject to PDPA limits, you may request access, correction, deletion, or cessation of processing of your personal data. Contact info@advancepulse.digital with your request. You may also lodge a complaint with Taiwan’s competent authority.
International transfers
If you contact us from outside Taiwan, your data may be processed in Taiwan where our business is located.
Changes
We will update this notice when practices change and adjust the review date below.
